Amelia has nurtured her passion for art and design since a young age. She obtained a BA (Hons) in Communication Design from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University after graduating from Birmingham City University with a degree in Product Design.
As a Portuguese designer residing in Hong Kong, Amelia has focused on various areas including branding identity, experience design, UI/UX design, graphic design, and painting. Additionally, since 2018, she has taken on the role of curator and has participated in different exhibitions such as 'Roadate' 始於觸下 — 觸感展, 100 colors no. 24 Color Factory, UNIQLO KNIT IN 100 COLORS, Sub9ture 1.0, SubXture 2.0, Web3 Dev Asia, and Black Hole: the Information Barrier.
During her time at CyberArts Limited, Amelia has worked with several clients in 2023, including The Hong Kong Space Museum, The University of Hong Kong (HKU), Hong Kong University, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK), and Hong Kong St. John Ambulance. Not only is Amelia a designer, but she is also an accomplished painter, and in 2023, she held her first solo painting exhibition and learning french as her third language.
